The cornerstone of the agreement will be a new, commercial scale cultivated meat facility in Singapore, built using Meatable’s technology and run by TrueMeat. The facility will support local commercial partners in formulating, testing and launching cultivated products.
The companies will also cooperate on optimizing Meatable’s processes and improving media formulations. Meatable uses a continuous perfusion process, which promotes the high cell density growth with little downtime between batches.
