Strategy Manager


As our new strategy manager you will be the key driver of our growth transition. You will be responsible for the key initiatives that are required to make this transition reality. This ranges from hands-on initiatives like supporting the implementation new tooling, to the optimization of processes like planning, monitoring and budgeting, to supporting the R&D team in solving their most difficult challenges through workshops, to strategic questions on operations and commerce. It even touches completely new territories. For example, how to design a production facility for a process that has never been designed before and for which no hardware exists. Next to this, the strategic manager supports our CEO and the MT into making the key strategic decisions. He/she prepares and follows up on MT discussions, supports with investor relations, business development, and funding rounds, and drives business intelligence. In this new role within Meatable you will report to our Director of Commerce and Strategy. You will replace her strategic activities when she goes on maternity leave from 15 June to 1 November. In these months the strategy manager will report directly to and is supported by our CEO.

HR Coordinator


This Human Recourses role is based at our office in Delft where you will become a vital part of our HR team. You will work closely with our operations team, looking after day-to-day front line HR questions and queries. You are going to uphold the structure and balance in the processes to make sure nothing misses your attention. To do so you will be responsible for the HR administration and coordination to support not only the HR team but also the rest of our multidisciplinary team. You will be the first point of contact for HR activities. You will have the ability to quickly grasp HR business objectives and handle multiple matters simultaneously, as our business is fast paced. You have a strong service orientation and positive can-do attitude, as well as strong communication skills. You have relevant HR (coordination) experience in an international organization, have good interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. You enjoy working independently and deal effectively with a broad range of personalities and cultures throughout the business. Sounds like a challenge you want to take on? Core responsibilities will include: - Manage all HR administration tasks for all our employees (maintain and update personnel data, contract administration, record absence, manage (maternity) leave, holidays, sickness, filing any legal data, visa’s, keeping reports, etc.) - Liaison with payroll on queries - Support and assist in optimizing our HR processes in order to create an efficient way of working for the HR department

Documentation Specialist


As our new Documentation Specialist you will be responsible for the regulatory and quality documentation management to support the pre-market authorisation of our product and the GMP practices. In this role you will be a member of our RA & QA team. You will identify and escalate compliance gaps across the documentation management processes and develop/execute effective corrective action plans and support the quality management IT system deployment. You will be responsible to track and trace the status of dossiers, issue logbooks and support internal and external audits. Besides this you manage documentation issuance for clients and certification bodies. If you are highly motivated by working with documents, creating and maintaining the documentation systems and processes and if you like to work in a dynamic, complex, international and ever-changing environment, you are exactly the person we are looking for!
