About the role
As our Process Development Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of our small-scale meat production facility and for ensuring that it is set-up for successful and cost-effective upscaling to a commercial scale facility.

Meatable is currently in the R&D phase and we are developing our production process. To ensure a seamless transition towards small-scale – and at a later stage - large scale production we want to get an expert onboard who will work in the R&D team to i) end-to-end design and develop our small-scale meat production facility ii) ensure all processes developed in R&D phase can scale to industry scale, iii) make cost estimations and ensure a cost effective large-scale facility, iv) ensure our facility complies with relevant regulations and protocols and v) operate small scale unit.

The role will start off as an independent role where you will be part of the R&D team. As we move towards production the team will expand significantly.
